Right-click on any text field in Odoo to access 7 AI-powered actions: translate, fix grammar, paraphrase, change tone, summarize, and elaborate.
Overview
The Text Enhancer adds an AI-powered right-click menu to every text field in Odoo. Select any text, right-click, and choose from 7 actions — no copy-pasting to external tools, no switching between apps.
How to use
- Select text — Highlight the text you want to enhance in any text field
- Right-click — The context menu appears with the O'Toolkit actions
- Choose an action — Select the action you want to apply
- Review the result — The enhanced text replaces your selection. You can undo with
Ctrl+Zif needed.
Available actions
Translate
Translate selected text to any active language in your Odoo instance. Ideal for quickly translating individual fields, emails, or notes.
Fix Grammar
Correct spelling mistakes, grammar errors, and punctuation issues while keeping the original meaning and tone.
Paraphrase
Rewrite the text differently while preserving the original meaning. Useful for avoiding repetition or rephrasing unclear sentences.
Make Professional
Convert the text to a formal business tone. Perfect for client communications, proposals, and official documents.
Make Casual
Convert the text to a friendly, relaxed tone. Great for internal communications, social media, or informal emails.
Summarize
Shorten the text to 20%, 30%, or 50% of its original length while keeping the key points. Ideal for creating executive summaries or short descriptions from long content.
Elaborate
Expand the text with more detail, examples, and explanations. Useful for turning bullet points into paragraphs or enriching thin content.

Tips for best results
- Select complete sentences — For best results, select full sentences or paragraphs rather than fragments.
- Chain actions — You can apply multiple actions in sequence. For example: Fix Grammar → Make Professional.
- Use Ctrl+Z — If the result doesn't match your expectations, simply undo and try again or choose a different action.
