Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "O'Solutions", "we", "us": O'Solutions, a Belgian company
• "Service": O'Chat, O'Dashboard, O'Toolkit, and related features
• "User", "you": Any person or entity using our Service
• "O'Tokens": Our universal AI currency used across all apps
• "Subscription": A paid plan (O'Pro, O'Team, or O'Partner)

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

O'Solutions provides AI-powered tools for Odoo:

• O'Chat: Centralized inter-instance communication with AI assistant
• O'Dashboard: Business intelligence and data visualization
• O'Toolkit: AI-powered productivity tools (translation, SEO, content generation)

All AI features are powered by O'Tokens.

4. Account Registration

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Pricing

Available Plans:

Billing:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT

Renewal:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Unused O'Tokens are not refundable

6. O'Tokens

Included Tokens:

• Tokens included in your plan reset at the beginning of each billing period
• Unused included tokens do not roll over

Additional Tokens:

• You may purchase additional tokens à la carte
• Purchased tokens expire 12 months after purchase
• Purchased tokens are used only after your included monthly tokens are depleted

Usage:

• Token consumption varies by feature and complexity
• Current token costs are displayed before each action
• You are responsible for monitoring your token balance

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written agreement (O'Partner tier excepted)
• Send spam, malware, or abusive content through O'Chat
• Overload our systems with automated requests
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property:

O'Solutions retains all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and documentation

Your Property:

• You retain all rights to your data and content
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service

9. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• O'Chat messages are encrypted and deleted after delivery
• O'Dashboard stores only configurations, not your Odoo data
• We use Anthropic and OpenAI for AI processing
• Hosting is provided by OVH in the European Union

10. Service Availability

Availability Target:

We aim for 99.5% uptime, measured monthly

Exclusions:

• Scheduled maintenance (with 48-hour notice when possible)
• Force majeure events
• Issues caused by your equipment or third-party services

No Guarantee:

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O'Solutions is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Cap:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exceptions:

These limitations do not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Termination

By You:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You may request account deletion by contacting us

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We will provide 14 days notice except in cases of severe violations
• Upon termination, your access ends and data is deleted after 30 days

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Belgian law
• Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Brussels, Belgium
• Before legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve issues amicably
